How often can you take the InBody Test?
The frequency of the InBody test depends on the program and professional trainer’s guidance. It is generally recommended to test every 4 weeks for effective progress tracking.
How Long does the InBody Test take?
The InBody Test lasts between 60 seconds and 120 seconds.
Can I use the InBody devices without an iN2 Fitness membership?
InBody devices are exclusively available to current members and are subject to specific conditions. Additional charges apply based on the number of InBody tests required.
Why do I need to remove my shoes and socks for the test?
Because the bottom of your feet must be in direct contact with the electrodes, clothing items such as shoes, socks, stockings or leggings must be removed for accurate results.
Are there any height, weight, or age restrictions for the InBody Test?
The InBody Test accommodates the following ranges:
- Weight: 10 kg – 250 kg
- Height: 95 cm – 220 cm

Who should avoid the InBody Test?
